What Is Sound Therapy?

Sound therapy uses sound and special instruments that produce sound to improve health and wellbeing, in therapeutic ways and in therapeutic settings. Our Sound Instruments

Himalayan Bowls

Himalayan bowls are made of metal and make an intricate, harmonious and softer sound. The tone at which it vibrates is rich and deep. Metal singing bowls of standard sizes emit sound frequencies between 110 Hz to 660 Hz. 


Gongs are percussion instruments of definite or indefinite pitch, in the form of a metal plate. They are flat with a clear sound and definite pitch. Gongs will vibrate at frequencies between 20 and 20,000 Hz.

Crystal Bowls

Crystal bowls are typically made from 99.9% crushed clear quartz. Crystal bowls produce sounds between a tenth of a kilohertz to several tenths of megahertz, which is far higher than other bowls. Crystal bowls also have a longer vibration.

Bells & Chimes

Chime bells are made of a specialized copper-tin alloy used for its above-average rigidity and resonance. A bell’s weight and shape, determine its note and the quality of its tone. Frequencies range roughly from 500Hz to 1500Hz.
